We provide technical support service for AV equipment used for classroom teaching.

AVSU is responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of all AV equipment installed in over 154 lecture theatres / classrooms used for communal teaching (with the exception of facilities in the Ho Tim Building which is served by separate technical team employed by Faculty of Education).

Classroom AV emergency call services are available from 8.15a.m. to 8.15p.m. ( Monday-Friday ), and 8:15a.m. to 12:45p.m., 1:45p.m. to 5:00p.m. ( Saturday ) on regular teaching days.

AVSU also responds to questions raised by individual users or to the use of AV equipment for teaching facilities.
