Organization

The Audio Visual Services Unit (AVSU) is a university-wide service unit primarily responsible for providing technical support services for AV equipment used for classroom teaching. AVSU other services include the operation of an AV equipment loan counter, the management of a AV presentation room, the provision of special event set-up services, and the provision of technical consultation for special projects.

Reporting to the Director of Registry Services, AVSU is headed by Mr Benny Chik, Technical Supervisor, who is supported by 8 technicians and 4 non-technical staff.

The Office of AVSU is located in room 502 of Mong Man Wai Building at the central campus.
