User's Guidelines

• Equipment may be used only inside the Chinese University campus and for academic purposes.
• All loan items have been examined for damage before issue and users are responsible for seeing that the materials are handled with care and for ensuring their safe storage.
• If any equipment is damaged, a brief report should be made indicating the nature of the damage. In certain cases, departments or users will be required to replace any damaged or lost materials.
• Departments or users who wish to borrow equipment are responsible for its collection and return. All materials must be returned to the original check-out location before date/time due.
• The booking should be made at least three days in advance. A separate booking is required for each loan period.

Booking of AV equipment for loan can be made by:

1. Reserve the equipment by calling 2609 6062 and then return the Equipment Booking Form to AVSU by internal mail or fax at 26035301.
2. Booking on the Booking of AV Equipment. ( To use the system, you must be a staff and have registered to the system. )
